Asus Strix Z270F No Audio Device

Running Windows 10 x64 with Z270F motherboard.

Windows is not detecting any audio device. I have manually installed drivers from Asus from the motherboard support page, and also tried drivers directly from Realtek. No luck either way. The drivers seem to install fine, but there is no audio device found by Windows and no sound output.

Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?

Solved this by loading defaults in BIOS and restarting a few times. Not sure what was changed, but Windows now sees the Realtek audio device and i have sound.
