A few days ago, I started a conversation (https://rog-forum.asus.com/t5/intel-700-600-series/prime-z790-a-wifi-do-i-need-external-bluetooth-us...) regarding enabling Bluetooth on a recently built PC of mine. Thanks to the answers I received in that thread, my problem is (or will be anyway) solved.
That conversation arose, after having purchased a pair of Bluetooth headphones, which I intend to use with several devices. With that in mind, I also purchased a USB Bluetooth Dongle Adapter (Savio BT-050). One of the devices I intend to add Bluetooth, is an older PC of mine, built around a Z170 Pro motherboard, with an Intel Core i7-6700k (Skylake) CPU.
Before installing the Savio adapter in a USB slot, I checked the (separate) manual of the Z170, the one named: "Z170 Series Feature Manual (Version E10527)", in which the following are noted:
"Wi-Fi GO! Card
The Wi-Fi GO! card is an easy-to-use wireless LAN adapter that allows you to connect to a wireless LAN in a single network. With the Wi-Fi GO! card, you can also use your system as an access point for other Wi-Fi supported devices.
By default, the Wi-Fi GO! card is already installed on your motherboard. To locate the Wi-Fi GO! card, refer to section Motherboard rear and audio connections of your motherboard’s user guide"
However, at the M/B back panel, there is nothing, showing such a feature. I wonder if I can use the recently purchased Savio USB Bluetooth Dongle Adapter instead, to enable Bluetooth feature on this PC. Note that this Savio adapter is a Bluetooth 5.0 device and it is accompanied by its own advanced software and driver.
Your advice will be gighly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Finally, it seems that the Savio USB adapter was the immediate (and easiest) solution. I connected to a USB port, I loaded the driver and software from the accompanied CD and it works fine!
Thanks for your attention.
