I have a Z170 Deluxe with an i7 6700k that won't power on. When I turn the power on the power and reset buttons on the mobo turn on, my case power supply button light flashes one time, a light under the asus logo shell turns on and I hear a barely audible constant high pitch sound, and it won't power up. (1) I've tried 2 different power supplies (2) 3 different types of ram (3) reseating the cpu (4) new cmos battery. Any help/advice would be appreciated.
