Hello all!

Just completed a new build and haven't been able to install windows 7,8.1,10 in 64 bit without getting a bsod screen, just when the installation boots on windows logo

The Bsod screen is the following: 0xc000021a and then when it gets to a booting loop it changes to Critical_process_DIED Bsod
I have no problems on post... just the booting of any usb or dvd of windows 64bit. But I manage to run any 32 bit system and now running virtual box on win7 32 bit it boots any kind of 64 bit Dvd from windows
And I have been going through mobo settings:
clear cmos button
cms on/off;
boot secure - other Os/windows uefi;
Fast boot - on/off;
Load efi from usb drives;
xhci- On/off
Optimised defaults;
Sata set to ahci;
1 Ram stick;
Boot as Uefi or non UEFI
Unplug battery from mobo

Same bsod comes up. I also have tried all windows f8 boot options and all end up with the blue screen.
I also have updated the bios and same thing...
If there is something like virtual box that can load a windows image in64 bit into the bios my problems would be solved.
Or another way I can load a 64bit OS into a HDD or ssd with the asus drives in it.

Will appreciate all the help as I'm getting a cancer from it 😄
Also been on and on with it for days trying to find a solution even with asus mail support and other places on the web.

Did you try using a freshly downloaded ISO from MS?

Yup same thing... other dvds of windows 7 and 8 on 64bit don't run either only in a virtual environment from a 32 bit Os.
Maybe the problem can be on secure boot keys... I don't know nothing about it...

I assume you've tried clearing your CMOS?

Yes a couple of times now and even unplug the battery from the mobo for more than 1 hour... since This mobo doesn't have rtc Jumpers only ln2 and slow mode jumpers.
I believe it's something to do with secure boot keys, Option ROMS... they might be corrupted... it's the only thing I haven't touched in bios setup. And the most logical problem since the first boot of the rig was with an ssd from my previous rig and Runed from the windows from that rig.
More info on this in following links:
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh824987.aspx
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn747883.aspx

So the system is not doing a handshake With kernel drivers and other signatures that probably are corrupted.
So I don't know much about these secure boot keys. But I believe that's the solution to my problem and I need to replace those.
Now where I can get it without having to send my board through Rma?

If I'm not mistaken, you can clear those keys in the BIOS.

yeah I have tried deleting the ones that were set and loading the defaults and same thing but have to check other techniques of setting them up... or create other keys that can handshake with windows secure boot.
But I guess some antimalware tool form windows 10 blocked it from booting.

If you're up to it, you can always reflash the BIOS. That way everything will be erased and restored back to factory defaults. Then you can proceed to install Windows.

Reflash bios as in? I have already updated the bios under the uefi using a usb stick to the latest version.
tell me more about it chino,
Thanks

yup did twice with the latest releases that came out this year... it was done properly. And it boots fine... something has changed on the oem signatures or secure boot keys that windows 64 bit security boot checkup doesnt handshake with the hardware which is the bios.
Damn with this secure boot technology -_-"
