Where Can the Fan Extension Card Be Purchased for use with Maximus VIII Gene?

There is a header for connecting a fan extension card on the Gene motherboard as documented/illustrated here:

The header is at the bottom of the board and sits between channel fan 3 and the thermal sensor headers. The extension card is also illustrated on the page at the above mentioned link.

It is also shown in this youtube video where JJ demonstrates is use with the Maximus VIII Gene.

My usual go to sites for finding and purchasing parts are newegg and amazon. I simply cannot find any place that sells the extension card. The only way I can see that it can be obtained is by purchasing the Maximus VIII Extreme motherboard. I was hoping there was a more reasonable way to obtain the card.

I'm in the same situation with my Maximus VIII Hero mobo. It has the fan extender slot in the same place as the Gene does. Where do we get the eextender & a TPM switch from Asus ????????
