it's a typo my bad ..

Change your cpu llc to level 5.
Extream Tweaker > External Digi+ Power Control > CPU Load line Calibration > Level 5

I believe Prime95 still uses AVX instructions, which will significantly boost CPU voltage automatically.
Most people here in the ROG forum use RealBench stress test for up to 1 hour.

Like mentioned above, set LLC to level 5 and run RealBench, you should see a big improvement.

k , ill do this in a few minutes , I did change my setup to XMP so so much more stable , for me the ram was being a pain in the ass , with XMP was able to have everything stable , but voltage constantly running at 1.44 voltage ...

yes that setting fixed it , running manual at 1.390 now , thanks

What you do is overclock and tweak with Manual voltage. Once you have found the voltage you need to achieve stability for your overclock, you can then change to Adaptive voltage.
