Sound out of sync on MAXIMUS VIII RANGER

I have just recently build a system and notices that the sound is slightly out of sync with videos and cut scenes in-game.

I have installed all drivers and flashed BIOS to 1402 (newest).

What can i do to fix this? Maybe a new soundcard can fix this?

I have:
Asus Maximus VIII Ranger
Asus GeForce GTX 980 Ti Strix Gaming DirectCU III OC HDMI 3xDP 6GB
Asus ROG Swift PG279Q
Intel Core i7 6700K 4,0GHz Socket 1151
Samsung 950 Pro Series MZ-V5P512BW 512GB (M.2 NVme)
Corsair Vengeance LPX Black DDR4 PC21300/2666MHz CL16 2x8GB

That's what it's saying, I might have said this earlier but when you install the NVidia driver do a custom/advanced install and only install the the graphics driver and Physx driver and see if it's any better.

I have no idea why it's causing you latency, I am stumped.

Here is an article that may help.

According to this https://communities.intel.com/thread/54594?start=0&tstart=0 the problems related to NDIS is because the Intel drivers and windows 10 cant cooperate good enough.

But now the nVIDIA drivers looks to be responding slow, so maybe RMA just the graphics card?

Interesting, the Intel team is saying to use NIC driver 19.1 and from the looks from other users it seems to have solved their latency problem.

Yea but i dont get NDIS atm.

According to this thread a GPU replacement can help https://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18694813&page=3

This is must be as you and my friend says, a driver error (like the one link to the Intel forum). But there is still a small chance its a hardware error and i believe that he possible culprits are the motherboard and/or the GPU.

But its very strange that it is an error in the first place because i have tested:

GPU:
1) I get the 3DMark score i should
2) It is capable of running the highest graphics

Memory:
1) Passes memtest86+(passmark)

Network:
1) I get good networks speeds
2) I can transfer files in my private network at good speeds

Audio:
1) The audio works, its just delayed some or all of the time

PSU:
1) I havent tested this component but i dont see what can possibly cause this from the PSU
2) All the connections on the motherboard and GPU and so on have power.
3) The Corsair AX860 860W is compatible with Skylake so..

My UPS:
1) I have tried without my UPS and no change

USB things:
1) I have tried with a USB mouse from my laptop but no change

Speakers:
1) I dont see how they can cause this

CPU:
1) I dont know how to test this besides Prime95
2) I havent re-seated the CPU or loosened its cooling screws. The Corsair H100i GTX mounting dident fit perfectly so i had to use some washers between the mounting thing on the back and the motherboard.

I will say it's more than likely a problem with your network, driver or program or something isn't configured right.

As to what it could be I have no idea, your 980 Ti seems fine if you're getting the scores you should. I have the matrix platinum 980 Ti and when I run latencymon it doesn't say the graphics kernel is causing any problems.

I am really at a loss as to what it could be.

Yea, me too. I will try some things to morrow but i'm already speaking with the store to return/replace the stuff.
