Slow usb 3.0/3.1

Hello,

the problem i have is that I'm getting usb 2.0 transfer speeds on the usb3.0-3.1 ports.

When copying from hdd to usb, speeds are are ~10-20mb. From usb to hdd (doesnt matter ssd or regular drive) i get ~40mb.

I've installed the latest 'Asmedia USB3.1/3.0 Driver and also tried with AI Suite by enabling the 'turbo' mode, same slow speeds.

Could it be that my motherboard is at fault or im i missing something?

Running a 6700k on the Hero VIII (latest bios), Windows 10 x64.

Thanks for replying. I'm using a SanDisk Ultra 64GB USB 3.0 OTG and a EAGET V90 v2 16GB.
I've tried these both on a different computer with usb 3.0 and there i'm getting speeds around 120mb/s.

Sorry for the late reply. I just cleared the cmos so it runs everything at stock settings and the problem still occurs, same slow usb speeds.

Anything else you have in mind i could try?

Thanks.

The Hero mb rear I/O USB ports are:
4x USB 2.0 Ports (black color)
2x USB 3.0 Ports (blue color)
1x USB 3.1 type A (red color)

USB 3.0 ports are from intel chipset, USB 3.1 ports are from asmedia, so it would be difficult that both don't work at USB 3 speed.

Usb pen read speed is faster than write, also use only 1 big file for speed test.

I have Sandisk extreme USB 3.0 (64GB) pen and it does: read:256MBytes/s, write:205MB/s in USB 3.0 port with large files and the usb3 is much faster than this.
