I’m encountering an issue with my PC during the installation of Windows 11. The system boots up without any errors initially, but when it comes to the point where the installation requires an automatic restart, I’m faced with a Q-Code 25 error on my motherboard, and a red indicator light turns on.
This error prevents me from completing the Windows installation because it requires an automatic restart during the setup, which then leads to the error and halts the process.
Here are the specifications of my PC:
- Motherboard: ASUS ROG Maximus Z790 Hero DD5
- CPU: Intel Core i7-13700K (13th generation)
- RAM: Corsair 2x32GB DDR5 (6000 MHz)
- Graphics Card: MSI GeForce RTX 3050
- Cooling System: Be Quiet! Dark Rock Elite (air cooler for the processor)
- Power Supply Unit (PSU): Be Quiet! Pure Power 1000W
I’ve tried various troubleshooting steps, but the issue persists. Has anyone else experienced this or have any suggestions on how to resolve it?
