hi trainut

Does Your memory modules have different XMP SPD settings can enable?
You can try loading different XMP or try to swap Memory slot

my modules are the same 15-15-15-35, I have had a very close look at the labels. they seem to be two16gb kits would I be better using ie,. 1-3and2-4 splitting the two kits that way also I , keep getting a notice I have never seen before this is just before I shut down but not always ( DIPAWAYMODE) stack overflow .??????? what is it any idea rgds,.

Do not split the sets, run each set in each dual channel configuration.
However, it's not advisable to run mixed sets of memory, even if it's the same brand & model.

Did you try booting/posting after returning the bios settings to stock/default?

You might want to run memtest on each set individually.
Intel i9 10850K@ 5.3GHz
ASUS ROG Strix Z490-E
Corsair H115i Pro XT
G.Skill TridentZ@ 3600MHz CL14 2x16GB
EVGA RTX 3090 Ti FWT3 Ultra
OS: WD Black SN850 1TB NVMe M.2
Storage: WD Blue SN550 2TB NVMe M.2
EVGA SuperNova 1200 P2
ASUS ROG Strix Helios GX601

Run one matched set in slots A1 & B1 and the other matched set in slots A2 & B2.

no mate I added 16 gbs to a 16 kit I had in already I was very carefull to get the same timings

results, done the test on the ram/ 16 gb in 1and2 ok/ other 16 gb in 1and 2 all ok, all four 32gb in 1234 tested all ok booted up fine as normal, looked in event for the results but at my age a bit above my pay grade lol. now could the no boot have resulted from my overclock only 4.5 @ 1.20 volt seems to be working fine now but I am at stock 4mhz but I could do with the extra MHz boost for my flight sim again chaps thanks for all your input.
