Maximus VIII Hero Lan NVM Config is corrupted.

Well as the title states, I get this message at boot up: "PXE-E05 has not started. LAN NVM configuration corrupted or has not been initialized. The BOOT Agent cannot continue."

[I set up this system around this time last month]
My system setup is as follows:

MB: Maximus VIII Hero Z170
Processor: Intel core 6th Gen i7 6700K
Ram: Cosair Dominator 16 GB Ram
Graphix Card: EVGA 980 TI ACX 2.0+ GFX card
PCIE x4 card: Asus AC68 wireless adapter
PSU: EVGA 1KW SuperNova 80+ Gold
Case: Corsair Carbide Series Air 540 ATX Cube Case
CPU Cooler: DEEPCOOL Gamer Storm CAPTAIN 240 CPU Liquid Cooler AIO Water Cooling Ceramic Bearing Pump
usb: DVD [not really using dvd/cds much but uses with laptop also]

I have tried to:
- reinstall OS clean multiple times with Win 8.1 pro and 10 pro both x64
- Updated the bios (At time of writing 1001) through the BIOS Flashback button with the system off and through the UEFI BIOS
- remove the graphix and wireless card and reinstalling the OS
- Updated the drivers and uninstalling the drivers from the MB Support disc and also from the Asus Website on both before and after removal of the PCIE cards
- booted with just the MB, PSU, Display using both DP and VGA (at separate times), mouse and Keyboard.
- cold booting from each of the states listed above
- clear CMOS

****Update 10/13/2015****

- Talked to Asus Support Rep. yesterday and suggested that I try turning on the MB with just one stick of RAM. Tried today and still nope.
... 😞

Update 2: came back and talked with the online support today and they said they can help me with the RMA. They helped and the process was very simple. Would recommend them again to others. Liked their Online Support. 😄

****End Update 10/13/2015****

all this still results in code 10 in Windows. Reguardless of Which windows, or what I do.

After all of this, PC is fully functional except for the onboard NIC <- code 10 in windows.

I have searched throughly online and found that the GBE region in the bios is corrupted and I have went to Best Buy to consult with what to do. They have stated that to send it through a request of a RMA. Is there anyway That I could get this fixed?

P.S. Sorry for the long post, but also I would like to have this problem ironed out just in case something else in the bios gets corrupted also. I have not used this computer much in the last month since I have used it, and I have probably used the NIC maybe once or twice at most.
