Maximus VIII Hero help needed

Next month I'm going to be getting my new case for my build.
I have a quick question about the sata ports on my Maximus VIII Hero motherboard.
I know the top 2 ports are 1 & 2 and are unusable, as I have a Samsung 850 EVO 500GB M.2 ssd.
My question is on the numbering for the other sata Which is 3, 4, 5 and 6?
reason, I ask is I have a Intel 530 Series 480GB ssd for sata 3, a Seagate Barracuda 3.0TB for sata 4, a Lite-ON DVD-RW for sata 5 and a Lite-ON Blu-ray RE for sata 6.

Samsung 850 EVO- Windows 10 Pro, Programs, Origin Games & Uplay Games
Intel 530 Series- Steam Games
Seagate Barracuda- Contacts, Desktop, Documents, Downloads, Favorites, Links, Music, Pictures, Saved Games, Searches and Videos
Other Specs:
CPU: Core i5 6600K
CPU Cooler: Arctic Liquid Freezer 240 (in push/pull)
RAM; G-Skill Ripjaws Z DDR4 3200 (2 kits - 32GBs.)
PSU- EVGA SuperNOVA 1000 G2
Case: NZXT Phantom 820 White
Video cards: 2 MSI GeForce GTX 760's (soon to be upgraded to 2 Sapphire R9 380X Nitro 4.0GB.)

Also, I almost forgot this one. I'm planning on using AI Suite 3's 5 way optimization to overclock my cpu. All the NZXT pre-installed fans hook to the cases fan controller and need to be hooked to it, so I can use the cases built in hue lighting for changing the led colors of them.
I already know the top 200mm. pre-installed fn needs to be removed, so I can put the Arctic Liquid Freezer up top. The piece of it that hooks to the cpu, I'm connecting to the waterpump header on the mobo.
The 4 Arctic 120mm. fans have a unique design for hooking them up. Each fan has 2 plugs for daisy chaining them. I'm gonna plug the bottom two into the cpu fan header and tge top 2 in the cpu optional header.
The Arctic fans are pwm, but have no led lighting.
Later on I'm either going to get 3 NZXT 120mm. or 140mm. fans One for the cases pivot on the side of the hdd bays and 2 for in front of the psu.
Those 3 are probably going to be after I get 2 Sapphire R9 380X Nitro 4.0GB. video cards to replace my current MSI GeForce GTX 760's.
The Sapphires score better than the 960's do in all benchmarks.
I can't afford the GTX 970's.

I really don't think you need to worry about it. I'm using the 950 pro along with sata 1,2,3,4. The M.2 is performing as it should and my Samsung 850 pro is fine in SATA port 3. Maybe a touch slower than it could be but I'm only using it for games. Here's the results in Samsung Magician.

I really wish I had gotten a bigger Samsung, instead of the Intel 530. With Samsung Magician's Rapid Mode I get like 2000mbps reads. The Intel is in the 480mbps reads. Huge difference. I'm sure the 850 EVO M.2 will be somewhere in the 2000 range.
