Maximus Gene VIII won't post - 04 Q code

I'm having some issues posting on my new build.

My MoBo lights up, and the fans spin, my USB headsets light turns on, but I get nothing on my monitor and my keyboard and mouse don't light up or work.

I tried removing RAM, I removed my GPU, reset CMOS and replugged everything back in. *Q code shows 04 . Using a different PSU yields the same results*

EKWB Predator 240 CPU and GPU water cooler

Any help would be much appreciated.*

I tried breadboarding and still no post, same Q code.*

Hi ManishP

Did you update to the latest bios? You'll need to do that for the board to recognize the cpu.
