Max Hero VIII temps suck after bios update

Went to the most recent bios 3504 and CPU temps suck.

I used to have my i7 7700k @ 4.7-4.9ghz with temps maybe hitting 50-55c under load. Now temps are hitting 65-80c. Idle temps suck too, lot's of fluctuating even though I dropped to 4.5ghz. Gonna roll it back see if it helps. Anyone with similar experiences?

Have you checked to see what the total load voltage is on both builds? May want to tune the system manually, including VCCIO and VCCSA.
