M8H Q-Fan Control not working properly with 3504 BIOS

Hello guys.

Today i successfully flashed the 3504 BIOS and everything works well except for the Q-Fan Control.
It does not allow me to customize my own fan curve. For example: these are the settings i used to have on 2202 BIOS (DC mode)

But on 3504 i cant get any lower than 60% by "CPU Fan Min. Duty Cycle (%)"

and if i set it manually to lower than 60% it says

P.S. Sorry, but i dont know how to spoiler in these forums.
P.P.S. I dont want to use PWM mode.
P.P.P.S. I have 4-pin fans

I thought "Manual" means i can go where i want to (?)

Try to set the latter to twenty on the new BIOS. What message do you get?

I tried 50, 40, and 20, and get no error message at all. Maybe you need to do a reset. Or maybe it is something specific to the M8H as I have the Hero Alpha.

I did tons of resets.
Actually, the system behaves strangely: Only at the very first start (right after i flashed the BIOS or cleared CMOS) i am able to set that value to lower than 60 (20 in my ideal case), but right after exiting the utility it goes up to 60 and that's it.

Why not.
Maybe someone else can test the 3504 and confirm it?

::EDIT::

I did a video of how it looks like, mb this would explain it better:

Sorry for the quality. I do not have any specific equipment

Same problem here but slightly different.

Normally my fans spin around 24% (PWM Mode). I can change the preferred value for the first time after the BIOS update from 3401 to 3504. However after a restart, the fans are set to 38%. Lowering the fanspeed is impossible, even after a restart. Not quite sure, but seems is to be a bug.

Guys, dont worry, i know what i am doing.
@G75rog, i already mentioned that I DONT WANT TO USE PWM. If i am doing so, i have reasons for it, ok?
And what do you see at first screenshot? Right, Its the curve i was able to make on 2201, but not on 3504.
P.S. Anyway, thanks for the suggestions.

So, i did some tests and i would say the 3504 is not yet ready (or shouldn't be) to be flashed to SPI.
Since I do not know whether some of the devs are reading this topic, i would not mention the bugs i discovered (yet).

P.S. Bonus (not PS):

At the same moment (while in BIOS) i got a file called "MAXIMUS-VIII-HERO-ASUS-0207.CAP" on my flash drive, which is a BIOS file with unlocked Descriptor region...
