Lcd TV displaying issue when ram modules working over 2600mhz

Hi,

I have [Ripjaws V] F4-3600C17D-8GVK. I had strange problem. I will be glad if you help me.
My PC connected to a 32” LCD TV and resolution is fine at 1920x1080 while ram modules working under 2600mhz.
When I raise the speed above 2600mhz. The screen goes dark 2-5 seconds and comes back randomly or somethimes goes black at all. It comes back after remove and reconnect the cord. Drop down resolution to 1280x720 or changing refresh rate did not help either.

The LCD TV connected via HDMI. Please find my PC specs below.

Tweak your RAM. Unfortunately DDR4-3600 isn't plug-n-play.
