Just bought maximus viii hero, did I make mistake?

I'm building my first gaming rig, and liked the look of the maximus viii hero motherboard and bought one, it's on its way. Now I started to look at reviews and wow are there a lot of negative ones with issues with this board. Did I make a mistake? Or have these issues been resolved? Being my first time building Im not going to be great at trouble shooting stuff.

actually you should look at reviews before brought it to buy !

but you didn't mistakes .

board is ok and i got it for 2 years ,
i had a plan to switch to v III ALPHA but this one as good as alpha version .

the only thing is a pain on this board is sonic suite software that caused tons of bugs and lags in desktop stuff and while gaming !
i think its fixed now with several bios update and sonic suite software upgrades and realtek drivers .

you should get back to 1102 bios version to findout how much you mistake about buying this board 😉 lol
