Hero VIII Unknown USB Device?

I'm on my second Hero VIII after some issues with the first. This one seems to work fine but I'm still getting this Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) In my device manager.

I figure if I'm getting it with 2 versions of the same board then others must have it too. Is there a known fix??

I'm pretty sure I've got all the USB drivers installed.

Try using DriverMax to identify the missing driver.

Best advice I can offer is to unplug all USB devices and then plug them in one by one until you find which one is not being installed correctly. If you have a card reader in your case then my money would be on this being the problem.
