As the Title. I bought Asus Rog G750 from Amazon
Cost me more than $2800 in the end of 2014 I think.

After use a year my brother broke my screen and I ordered it and installed it
But I did something wrong and I saw a smoke and my laptop 💻 didn't work anymore. 😞

So I contacted with the seller and he said that he fixed 95% from any Laptop he received.

Then I sent it to him, but he said he couldn't fix it and need a new motherboard, I said ok.

And he temporize، every time and said he couldn't find it yet. Till almost a year.

Then I became very upset and push him hard and then he said he found the motherboard and asked my for $465
Plus there repairing cost about $139.

So shortly, I returned to him and asked him for an invoice via PayPal to pay the cost.

But no response at all. I sent him a lot of messages directed, No response.

What should I do,!

Already contacted eBay.com and they reply:

*Thanks for following up with more info. I’m so sorry to hear you’re in this predicament. I looked up the item and found that it’s a service you purchased. Services are not covered under the Money Back Guarantee. If you go into the listing, you’ll see that it says the item isn’t eligible for eBay purchase protection in the Coverage section. At this point, I’d encourage you to work with law enforcement or other outside options to try to get your laptop back if the seller is unwilling to work with you per the original listing agreement. Should you go that route, you can provide the officer/agent the following link http://ebay.to/1VI2Chm and we’ll work with them and their investigation in any way possible. In the meantime, I’ll have the sellers account reviewed. We can’t follow up with the outcome of our review due to our privacy policy but I can assure you that we’ll take any necessary action against them. If you paid with PayPal, you can reach out to them and see if you qualify for coverage under their Purchase Protection Program. We’re two separate companies so I’m not very familiar with the programs and policies they have in place, but you can see http://bit.ly/1egvxZM and http://bit.ly/12nRRLI for more info and if you want to contact them directly. I hope this helps and if the seller isn’t willing to work with you, then I hope the options I’ve mentioned above provide some kind of resolution for you. ^V

What you think?! I could lose money on*That

I have a feeling that you have paid a hefty learning price... - sorry to say... next time read the reviews in advance...
If your brother has the habit to brake your electronics, get accidental damage coverage... - and send it to the official service of the respective product...
You can also turn to the law enforcement... and hope that they can do something...

Keep pushing PayPal. They will review and get you your money back. It will take time but ultimately you can get reimbursed.
