Cannot shutdown properly after installing AI Suite 3

Hello everyone,

I'm currently unable to fully shutdown after installing AI Suite 3. The system just hangs at the blue "shutting down" screen.
I've tried uninstalling the program and using the "cleaner" tool, but the problem still persists. I was running my desktop with zero
issues for about three weeks, or so until I installed it. From what I can see a few users on here are having the same issue, but I don't
want to hijack their thread. I'd appreciate any help i could get. I really don't want to setup windows again. 😞

Thanks!

I apologize for my English MAXIMUS VIII HERO Rev 1.01 BIOS 1202 i7 6700K
Corsair 3200 CMK16GX4M2B3200C16 2h8GB 16-18-18-36-54 (1.350 Volts)
After calibration, the fan program FanXpert 3 of AI Suite 3 trial System NT Kernel & System begins loading the processor 15%
it does not run the program cpu-z, OCCT, HWMonitor is not detected USB Flash Drive, the system does not turn off,
ASUS Support wrote to me that there can be associated with AiSuite though noted "the existence of a system of two or more at
a time, not only running, but also a set of monitoring tools may experience all sorts of conflicts of I2C bus and as a result - the
inability to run the utilities." But I do not what is not found, HWMonitor.exe without installing everything is working properly, it is
necessary to calibrate the fans, reboot and get a parasitic process, I completely abandoned the AI Suite 3 package it
ships the system with unnecessary processes, and can be set up without him.

Hi Sergeyser,

Funny, Asus told you it is conflicts of I2C bus, but they told me that I have a defective board.
Few days ago, I installed HWINFO for getting the system and CPU tempertures, I noticed that it caused ACPI errors and issues as AI Suite did.
Which mean it is not just AI Suite 3 problem, seems all kind of monitoring tools having the same problem, but Asus should not leave it unmanaged, they should fix it as soon as they could.

Same here I belive it's related to some conflict with the nvidia drivers. Ihave this iussue only when my VGA with its drivers are installed. if I uninstall nvidia drivers and use only my cpu and the built in vga ai suite is ok and the system works good. we'ìre not the only ones having this problem and belive me it's not related to hardware or we should consider that many z170 or maybe 1151 socket motherboards products are all bugged . Read what they write in one of the most popular site about this iussue . http://www.tomshardware.co.uk We're in 2016 this thread was started in 2015 but the problem seems still there. Please fix it.
