Asus Maximus VIII Ranger doesn`t see my graphic card.

I have this motherboard and my graphic card is nott working properly. I try to lunch some softwares and I cannot . I cannot play any game too as I am unable to open them. I uninstalled the drivers I and reinstaled again. I am still hopeless.

You need to list all your systems specs, all hardware and software for someone to help you.
Do you get any display on your monitor

Motherboard: Asus Maximus VIII Ranger BIOS 1202
Memory: Corsair 16GB DDR4 Red Vengeance LPX 3000MHz
2GB ASUS GTX750Ti OC PCI-E
Samsung 850 EVO 250GB 2.5inch SSD
Windows 7 x64.

I did a clean install. I found the solution: I had to install the Service Pack 1. It took me a lomng time to realize it was one. LOL
