Asus Hero VIII - LED doesn't stay the color I picked

Hello - I installed the Aura program to update the ROG LED light on the mobo but the settings never keep. I have to open up the app everyday and change it in order to update the color. Has anybody else been having this problem? Is there a way to fix this..? At the very least a way to turn off the light would be great as it just cycles all the colors and my build is completely red.

Let the psu switch on after shutting down your pc it should keep your settings.

Hi Nate - I think you've helped me before with my RAM overclock!

are you saying dont turn the PSU off when I shut down? Because mine is losing the LED color settings whenever I restart or shutdown without touching the PSU

Yeah it should keep the settings, if you want to turn off the light there should be an OFF button at the top of Aura.
