Asus AISuite3 Not Running

So i bit the bullet and went with windows 8.1,

The Asus AI suite3 from the website will not run when i click setup,

How ever the one from the disc runs fine made an ISO image of disc from my laptop,

For the 4.6 it just keeps on going to like 4.9 and crashes my pc, When pc boots back up the OC is there at 4.6 sometimes 4.4

So what is the best settings to tick in the software? for a 4.6 OC iam used to overclocking in the bios

i have not been overclocking in near 2 years,

I would also like to run the newer aisuite but unable to, As it does not open up when i click setup

Well i managed to get it to run but hahaha its the same version,

Just ran it again selected exactly what jj had in the video, PC crashed it rebooted but still set a OC to 4.7 WTF
