Al Suite 3 Stopped Working

I have a Maximus VIII Alpha Hero. I walked out of the room for a hour. When I came back I saw that the computer rebooted.
When I logged in Al Suite 3 was not working.
Checked for any updates that might have happened while I was gone and there were none.

First, Is it safe to run my computer without the AI Suite 3 running?
Second, any suggestions?

That worked.
I was mostly concerned about the water pump working correctly.

I put my WiFi on metered connection to stop any more surprises this week until Asus updates the program.

One has to wonder when Asus will fix the AI Suite 3 not working with the new Intel patch.
