After Wake From Sleep, Fans at FULL Speed on Maximus VIII Extreme Bios 3007 and 3201

Since Bios Versions 3007 and 3201 my fans wake from sleep mode at full speed on all headers except CPU_FAN. I cannot even control the fans after wake. I need to reboot the computer in order to gain control of my fans again. I had to revert to Bios Version 2202 where everything was working fine.

BTW, my fans are running off a splitter. My fans attached to CPU_FAN are running off a splitter as well.

Asus can you please fix this in the next Bios release?

Am I doing something wrong? Is there a setting I need to change?

I'm getting the same behavior on M8F bios 3101. And I've read elsewhere that others are having the same issue.
