Windows 10 preview fail

Level 10
Received an email from MickeySoft advising new preview revision for Win 10 Enterprise and dl'd it.
Runs fine on an X58 board.
Installed to a fresh ssd with the RVE and it can't find the Intel LAN or the BT Wifi.
Tried to install latest Intel drivers which duly failed not being able to detect the interface.
Will try again a few revisions down the road.

I'm having the same issue with mine. I can't connect to my wifi. The drivers installed fine.

I installed the tech preview also, but I haven't encountered any driver errors yet.

Just remember that the development team probably doesn't read this forum.

Hello

Unzip the LAN and Wi-Fi drivers. In Device Manger go to Ethernet controller, update driver and point it to the folder with the unzipped LAN driver. Do the same with the network controller for Wi-Fi. Windows Update will download the driver for BT.

Still no luck. It sees my Linksys wifi AC usb adapter and I updated the driver but still does not connect. It shows the driver is installed and working. It doesn't even see the Asus wireless adapter. I used a win 8.1 x64 driver.

Hello

I don't know then. That method worked fine for me. As you can see in the attached screenshot I don't have anything that still need drivers installed with the R5E.

Yes you need to manually install these drivers if you didn't try that then you shouldn't be using the tech preview at all.

I found that the Vista x64 drivers worked fine with my USB adapter. Which drivers are all of you using for the base system devices? The 8.1 drivers from the Asus site?

Hello

Win8.1 drivers from ASUS.com. Drivers, programs and games work fine. The only thing I have found that does not work is MemTweakIt.
