Windows 10 can't recognize SupremeFX Hi-Fi

Hi,

I have been using SupremeFX Hi-Fi unite for 3 months now, worked after i installed the new drivers from Asus with Windows 10 Anniversary Update, Sometime i didn't get any sound from it but the solution was is to disable it and enable it in Windows sound manager. The issue now that windows can't see it at all, sometime when i restart a couple of time it re appear and suddenly after using it, windows stop see it at all, i can't even find it in Device manager, I tried uninstalling & installing the drivers again but it didn't work, i even connected it to a different USB port in MB but still the same issue, is anyone else facing this issue?

You can try to reinstall the Win10 ? does it can recognize SupremeFX Hi-Fi
If it still can't solve , a suggestion is You can contact the local ASUS service for RMA service

Just give up now, ASUS doesn't care. There are plenty of posts on this forum proving that. Reinstalling Windows 10 isn't a very good option... in fact, it's pretty ****ty.
