Will a waterblock touching my ram cause any issues.

I have EK's vrm waterblock k on, and all of the ram slots occupied. I noticed that the rams closest to the the cpu socket touch the waterblock. Could the metal of the block touching the metal of the ram heatsink cause any issues?

Not unless by touching it is putting pressure on ram stick and pushing it to the side..in which case it may cause contact problems...if it's flush and touching then no problem...

Well, I'll find out when I turn the computer on in a day.

I'd be more concerned with the QDC you have connected to the waterblock (assuming they are Koolance QD3/4 Push Pull). You have to apply quite a bit of pressure to connect them.

You'll more than likely get away with it, but for piece of mind I opted to connect them to the opposing links in the loop to save causing any harm to the MB or CPU.
