Using (2)two 32GB Kits

Will there be a problem with using 2 of the 32GB kits instead of a 64GB kit? I got the following 2 kits since finding 64gb kits seems limited. Crucial support stated they were compatible with the Rampage V Extreme, but it hasn't been added to the ASUS Memory compatibility list yet.

Crucial Ballistix Sport 32GB Kit (8GBx4) DDR4 2400 MT/s (PC4-19200) CL16 DR x8 Unbuffered DIMM 288-Pin Memory BLS4K8G4D240FSA

Is there a way for me to see if both kits are from the same batch?

While there is no guarantee that mixed kits will work, there is really no guarantee that 64GB of a single kit will work either. The CPU's IMC has much to do with that. Still, 2400 MHz with DDR4 should be pretty easy for a Haswell-E

Difficulty can arise in degrees. The best outcome is that XMP settings work across the pair of kits since they have about the same XMP ratings. In that case, slots assigned won't make any difference.

Next best is that the two kits have some small difference. XMP can still be used, but the kits have to be separated between the IMC channels. Each channel can train on one kit, then apply the results to all the sockets on that channel. You just have to keep the kits separated and plug them into the right sockets. Suggestion: mark the DIMMs according to kit.

Worst degree is like mine - see the sig and specs drop-down. My two kits are widely different. I saved a few bucks, not nearly 800, but I got a kit that fit under the air cooler I was using at the time. I can't use XMP and have to manually set BIOS - usually for the lowest common denominator ie. the slowest spec of the two kits. It works because I take the trouble to make it work. That's the stuff Chino and the others are warning of. You may have to learn about RAM tweaking and struggle with it. Expect more struggle the more you try to overclock - but that's the same even when using one kit.
