USB ports 1-4 (Solved)

Good day to you all. System has been up and running stable since 9-24-2014.

Today I decided to run Real Bench 2.41 (2.2 has been run in the past and worked just decided to download 2.41 today) and during the benchmark I heard the windows sound for disconnecting USB devices. Power disappeared from my Keyboard and mouse which were plugged into 1 and 2 respectively. I moved to the keyboard up to the Key Bot Slot and the mouse down to port 5 and power returned.

I decided to reboot and see if it was just a problem that needed to be reset. The PC hangs now with Q code 9C (USB Detect) for around 2-3 minutes before proceeding to boot as normal. USB ports 1-4 are still dead however if I plug a Hub into them I hear the windows detection sound but no hardware handshakes.

And I now have this error in Device Manager.

Question: Is there something I can do to fix it or are my ports just dead which will lead me to a RMA?

You do not show the ASMedia XHCI 1.0 Controller. Have you loaded all the drivers?

Are all the Logitech devices Mice? Can you disconnect the Monitor as a HUB, or are there any drivers it needs?

You might look at the hidden devices in Device Manager and remove any you are not currently using, perhaps some driver is being loaded causing problems.

Some of the Hubs can be reset, so you might check to see if any of yours have that option.

The ASMedia USB drivers have never loaded. The ASUS setup runs but says no device found. This has never caused issue and I get USB 3 speeds.

Logitech Devices are G910( Keyboard), G600(Mouse), G930(headset).

But no worries, I cleared CMOS repeatedly and they finally started working again.

Only thing I can figure is that I had a power surge and the soft fuses caught it for that set of ports.

Now to start getting my OC back where it was.
