You system boot normaly if speed ram sticks is 2133Mhz?

I installed 1701 back and system boots normally. All four sticks have 2666 Mhz, I am not sure if I am able to change it to 2133.

Combining memory kits and modules is always a bad idea. Try removing your memory modules except for one to test.

Why? They are of the same model? I will try your suggestion when I have time.

Thank you.

There is a writeup that was put up here but the gist of it is as follows: Memory bundled together i.e same package is tested together at those speeds. It's put in the same batch. Combining memory even if its the same make/model/type will still lead to issues.

So the rule of thumb is buy one batch of 64GB ram @ say 2800MHz then buying 4 separate kits of 16GB memory and combining them to equal 64GB. When packed together in a single kit or package those modules are tested to work together at the rated speed of the ram. The same can't be said about the combined memory.

Do those issues with combined memory can be detected by some testing software?

You system wasn't boot on 1801 because this version undervolt VCCIO rail
Try increase VCCIO voltage up to 1.1v.
Fix CPU VCCSA about 0.9v .

Hello, I have tried your recommendation with version 1801. I did not find the values which named exactly you mentioned. So I have changed the values which is most likely in my opinion correspond.

VCCIO -> "VCCIO PCH 1.05V Voltage"
CPU VCCSA -> "CPU System Agent Voltage"

Is it correct?

I used your values, but it did not help, with 1801 it still hangs with bF code. Moreover, it seems that it is not related to "In sleep, hibernate and soft off states" like I told before. After I install 1801 I see bF, then I do BIOS hard reset to make it start and after default BIOS settings is set I see bF again.

Thank you.

VCCIO is CPU VCCIO.

System does not start with 1801 only when I set "In sleep, hibernate and soft off states" to "Off". If you think that these might be related, I will try your suggestion. Thank you.

VCCIO and VCCSA are sensitive voltages. I would recommend slowly tweaking then to use a "magic" value.

Could you please advice bounds and step of voltage change from your experience?
