I was contemplating before in going the Deluxe motherboard root and do Black and White them , but always wanted a Rampage Extreme lol

We all wanted an R5E, lol. And many of us will always wonder if that Asus workstation board or some fancy new X99 from Gigabyte or MSI would've somehow been better.

But I think we all made the best choice. 😉

I'll get my rig purring soon enough , got the Corsair ax1500i PSU ordered and on its and ordered a 1TB Samsung 850 Pro SSD for a secondary SSD ( game data drive ) and sort the Asus Front Base etc

I see now on some computer CPU Temp is visible on Rampage 5 Extreme little LED.
That's some of improvements of new BIOS or...? That's good option.

I have an RVE on the way. I can't believe that I am almost 50 years old and I still get excited over new computer parts. I went with the 5820K after haggling over the 5930K for a month. I just couldn't justify the extra cost, and I don't need the extra lanes. But with the news of the next generation of Broadwell E CPU's in the future, at least I have some options for future upgrades without having to change motherboards. I am going to go with 32GB ram and I will carry over my two GTX680 cards and my Corsair 750W power supply. I will hold off on the M.2 drive for a little while and see what else comes out and where the pricing goes.

i have a rampage v and 4x4 gb of dominator ddr4 2800
ywaterday i buyed another kit of 16 gb (4x4)2800 but dont recognize 32 gb only 24 ...dont work slot A1-A2 ... anyone can help me please?

The best bet you have of running two kits together is to set them up manually and maybe give them some more juice....more Vdimm and more SA volts....as well as adjust some settings in Digi+ section...increase current cap to 120%...140%..set phases to extreme or optimized at least...that sort of thing...
