please download the firmware from Asus website unrar the file there will be a pdf read it carefully for the tutorial

Does the latest drivers on Asus' website work with Windows 10 Fall Creator's update?

The firmware the users are referring to is actually just the driver. You can get it from the support page for the motherboard.

Well.. It seems windows 10 update has made the previous version of the drivers invalid again. My device has vanished from Device Manager. Any suggests guys?

Yeah, its not Build 1809, its stillt 1803 + Windows update. I tried to get it to work for about 2 hours. Still no sign of life. The headset impendence got recognized, the box gets hot, but volume control isnt working. No click-clack. I tried several drivers and usb-ports. Windows is playing the sound, but i cant make it louder or i dont hear any sound.

On 2nd PC without the update it is still working.
