Only 8 pictured, I added 2 x more fans on the bottom of the h100i). Thermaltake V51 case. Near silent at idle and very very quiet at gaming though I can hear bottom GPU fan a bit:

Hi guys just to ask I don't have the SB/MOSFET heat pipe cooling solution on my ASUS R5-E10 anymore and would like to ask can you use Air Cooler or AIO without it, is it safe to use, if not do you know where I can get spare parts for the SB/MOSFET heat pipe please.

Thanks

I send you message to overclock.net...

When I bought mobo, he was offered as RVE10 with Monoblock because guy made some mod.
He win and award with that mod and become best mod of month.

But he installed Monoblock and want to keep I/O Shield and need to cut pipe.
I can't say is it that necessary, I saw only one picture but on RVE where guy remove pipe intact from heatsink.

Because I didn't had watercooling parts in that moment, they arrived before 2 days I was forced to back original heatsink with cutted pipe.
And everything work, temps are fine, but just in case I didn't use overclock to much and I keep PC on Balanced, off course that mean higher frequency only during load. That's not only reason, I didn't OC more than 4.2 GHz 1.200V because old AIO system have very loud fans if speen on performance.

As you see temps are not high.
I would be more happy to remove pipe completely out of that part but I'm not sure is it that possible.
That was one of my recommendation for ASUS to buid next time system where customers could use I/O shield with Monoblocks.

On X299 I would not do that at all. But my VRM heatsink is not hot, it's warm.
