Reccomend stareo sound card

Hi,
Rampage V onboard headphone output is also quite good , seems to be better/cleaner than the rear output .
Is it good idea to upgrade for something better to improve?
Please reccomend high quality stereo sound card for inputing to integrated stereo amplifer, wont use headphones etc directly from sound card, only for high impedance amplifier input driving.

Not looking for headphone amp but im sure those headphone amps would drive amp also great
So far i have been using Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi usb dac but thinking about pci as those lower delay and soundblaster usb is not that good on midrange quality/naturality , most pro audio gear seems to be trough usb dac.

USE a DAC and the Toslink optical output.
Im using the Audioengine D1 24 bit DAC that has headphone jack in the from but USB for power or power and audio, and toslink optical in with two rca outputs.
Mine is set up with the USB providing power to the DAC and optical toslink for audio signal then RCA to Audioengine A5+ powered monitors that also has an SVS SB-1000 sub fed from the speakers LFE output.

It seems serious as it has opamp per output for 7.1

Best if card only for stereo, without 7.1 or 5.1 etc.
