Realbench and 16Gb ram stress test problem

I have 16 Gb ram. When selecting 16 Gb ram on the realbech stress test it will sometimes start (very rarelly) but most of the times it will endorse an error and the program wont run and crash.
With 4 Gb and 8 Gb the stress test will always start and the program wont crash.
Any idea of how to solve this and use realbench stress test with 16 Gb memory ?

If you have only 16GB I'm not sure is it possible to use 100% memory for benchmark test.
Maybe max 12-13GB.

Hi,
I have no problem running stress test with 8 Gb memory but that leaves me with a question - how accurate will the results be if i´m not testing my hardware completely?

Hello

The 16GB setting is for systems with 16GB of memory installed. This may be a page file size issue.

Yes, im sure it is, i had a look at the page file in system properties, set to auto let system handle it, but still it will only run set for 16 gb sometimes.
Yes I have 16 gb ram installed.

If you load F5 defaults in BIOS and then run RealBench does it work?

How Real Bench could use all 16GB only for him.
What happen with other programs?

Edit: My mistake work with settings up to 16GB with 16GB Installed.
Probably ASUS write on that way to consider and memory used by system.
You only need to set Page File to Automatic for all drives and I don't like to stay like that.
If not you will probably get classic APP Crash RealBench.
I use custom page file because it's not good to be No paging file.
I have 16GB as well, it's weird that now 32GB cost absolutely same price as 16GB in March.
Same memory, same stores, same latency only 4x8 not 4x4.

I can consistently and stably run 16GB stress test on RB, 16GB RAM installed only; it is a differing platform i5/Z97, Win7 x64.

Only issue I have is if RB is installed / run from my SSD OS partition then it can be erratic to run stress test set 16GB, so I use SSD only when benching within RB. Will have to check if pagefile is set to Auto but I never changed it after installing OS.

When RB is installed / run from my HDD (not OS partition) then never an issue stress testing 16GB.

From what I understand pagefile is always in use, even when the memory by all running processes doesn't exceed the amount of installed / free physical RAM.

How it deems what is placed in the pagefile (swapped out of physical RAM) simply put is processes which are not at the forefront of usage, again only from what I understand.

I can run too up to 16GB with 16GB installed but if I keep page file on Auto.
I don't have partition, every device is for one purpose.
I hope and guy who post topic fix own problem changing page file settings.
