Does it work with windows 10 ?

BIOS updates has nothing to do with OS. You shouldn't update your Bios.

I was having ram issue also and I uninstalled all of the tuning software from asus and I reset all settings this time and have had no issues since and ran Prime95 for 19 hours and no BSOD at anything so I think mine was driver related and I will be trying the XMP profile with my Corsair Vengeance 128GB x 16GB sticks 2666mhz again and see for sure if it is solved for sure this time.

Brighttail, I always set my vram a little higher then specs to assure stability even if not needed, I have been running my set of GSkill 3200mhz cl14-14-14 at 3400mhz 1.425 volts with some other timings tightened since day one without any issues

armin_maleki, please list all your hardware specs, while I don't think 1.5 volts will harm anything it shouldn't need this much voltage at XMP settings, have you made any changes to VCSSA voltage?
What motherboard, CPU, etc. are you using

If there isn't any other reason to move to 1501, I won't. If it fixed Bluetooth, yeah, then maybe I fiddle with voltages in memory. I was able to get it solid in 1003 with 1.385v so not a big deal. I don't need to tighten timings more than what I have.

In the end I'm not sweating any of it. Just wanted to report, that the same issues with 1003 (in my case) is there with 1501.

I did a bit more experimenting with this BIOS version and I simply couldn't get it stable even with the memory at 1.4 v, so I couldn't hit the XMP profile. I could get it stable if I raised the timings but I shouldn't have to do that. Version 901 works fine with 1.35 volts and the XMP profile.

Kinda sux.

I am using my G.Skill Trident Z 3200 C14-14-14-36 (32GB 4x8) and never had an issue. XMP enabled and ready to go since day one. In a Asus Rampage V Edition 10 + Intel 6850k @ 4.3GHz

I would say that is the only thing that worked out of the box and zero issues with this MB. Everything else was... (we all know the story)

Installed and running fine. No idea if it fixed any of the USB issues this board has....
