Cool thanks

Hello

You're welcome. 🙂

Guys, which bios is considered as "fastest" with lowest latency for 5960x on RVE paired with SLI (Titan X Maxwell).

Currently im on 2001, quite happy with daily OC
core 4.5 1.26V
cache 4.3 1.24V
dimm 32GB (4x8) 2800MHz 15-15-15-30 1T 1.27V (no way to push them to native 3000)
adaptive, strap x100

yeah this one worked nice for 4-5 days until i used skype then i got USB problems as all other 3xxx since 2101 but this time they never recovered..

so back to 2101 but this time ill never gonna try another new bios!!!!

Its for original R5E. I'm running r5e with 5960x and this new 3504 bios feels more stable.

Hello !

First i am really suprised about ASUS BIOS explanation text !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more then 1 , in words ONE , line of text and some of these words can give you realy the feel that it can help you to understand what it has been changed 😄 , .. still cant belive it 😉 ...

Secound ist for me it looks like that for the hashwell E processor (i have 5960x) the BIOS 2101 works best BUT i have there only a problem with the BIOS 3xxx line then using a web camera in skype calls for example or recording with this camera , but in 2101 no problems , to tell you the truth i am a little afrait to try this BIOS now out because allways i had this problem an had to reflash again , and again i dont know by now i will give it a try or not , but here i read the Hashwell E type works better on the 2xxx BIOS line and Brodwell better on the 3xxx ... maybe its to try out also because it depends also on you hardware , like i say i have no problems with BIOS 3402 for example but i use the camera , thats it then start the fun again ... 2101 no problems at all ! 🙂 , i hope this helps maybe a little for someone ...

Greetings

the joy of dual bios chips, update the bios you are not currently using, if you are not happy with the new one, push the little red button and go back the bios you have set up

Any idea on eta of bios updates for the rve10 board? Is it really that refined they are not needed or was the rve really that unstable?
