Where did CPU Level Up go?

I just installed this BIOS and re-entered my OC settings from 3401. With 3501, for some reason my offset voltage for the cache would never rise to its max value. No problems with this new BIOS, seems stable so far. Already got a B1 code however, I'm sure it's caused by USB devices I am using. About once every 5 boots I have to shut off the PSU to clear that damn B1. At this point I expect it lol.

Does fixed Samsung device mean the system won't stall when booting into Windows anymore if initialize boot drive only is turned on for Samsung nvme drives?
