Sandbox runs on 4101 perfectly fine but you'll need to add two registry keys to make it functional again:

Go to "Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Containers\CmService\Policy" add these two DWORDs and give them the value 1

DisableClone =dword:00000001
DisableSnapshot =dword:00000001
