No USB problems so far on this 3301 Bios , had on all other 3xxx shutting on and off all usb ports

Hello ,

if i can ask what problem is that , in the BIOS 3 series i have only 1 problem with USB its the Logitech C930e webcamera what brakes it all in 2101 i have no problems with the
Camera when i turn off xHci controler from Smart Auto to Auto , then it works fine BUT in 3202 this dosent help i am afraid this will be here in the 3301 the same 😕
i Read in the Logitech forum thats there firmware but why it runs in the 2101 and in no other BIOS from the 3xxx series ? any ideas i tryed a lot but no luck should i try

My symptoms are While recording in Camtasia with camera , and only with camera , the Camera breaks the connection and ALL USB connected devices are offline
for 20 secounds then they come back but not the camera i have to manualy disconect it from USB Plug and place it back or restart the system but under 2101 i have no
ide what could be the diference here 😕 ?

I Would love to update to the newest one but i would realy miss also when my Camera isnt working in my Totorial videos in Camtasia ...

Would i try or better not ...

i loved to have the newest bios to but unfortunate i cant yet!!! bios 2101 is the bios that is rock solid for me yet i have 5820k cpu but every bios on 3k have given me usb problem more whn using skype but sometimes anyway,, probaly dont dare upgrade anymore **** bios !!!!
all i can say is i prob buy a MSI board next time!!!!


dont know if i had these restarts, but these usb problems have been too much for me anyway

Skype ? hmm there was something too , but on 2101 like i say i switched the xHci controler to Auto (default is "Smart Auto") you have a Logitech c930e or c920 webcamera ?

If yes try this out , switching the controler to auto made it stable for me in skype and camtasia

dont have any webcamera, already sswitched back to 2101 and no problems dont know i dare test anymore 😄 i mean WTF 4-5 bios and **** dont work and for alot of ppl to having problems, i bought some MB´s but this one is the most expensive one i bought and ofc problem occures !!!!

I have to say i had also several problems , a heavy start with this board , nothing like the rampage 4 black edition , i was very surpriced that board was so
difficould to set up in the beginning , and i would say i have experience build up mashines because of my job also ... well i didnt try in the moment maybe tomorrow
but still i am i kind of nervios because i also belive that it will be the same like on the other 3x BIOS line , but only the Logitech camera nothing else rest is working
no idea why or what could be the "trick" button i do have to press that it will work stable with the camera ...

But i do understand you very well , it can be realy a pain in the neck ...
