Rampage V edition 10 parts question

Hi,

This is a silly question I'm sure but I just got done testing my R5E10 outside the case, and the last thing I wanted to do was test my m2 flash drive when I noticed you need a hex offset thing with a screw top.

So I opened the included box that has allt he sata cables etc (I hadn't yet, just needing the MOBO for the test) and started sifting through all the bags,

There wasn't a bag full of screws and mobo offsets and the like that I'm used to in a motherboard box. *There's lots of sata cables and SLI bridges and a sound box etc but no bag of screws and mobo offsets etc.

I assume there should be right? *What do I do? *RMA? *Call ASUS? * I'm sure they will send me more (ASUS service has been legend for me in the past)

And just to check my sanity, there should be a little bag full of these things right?

There should be one small plastic bag a single hexagon nut and small screw in the top of it. No standoffs etc included.

And I'm a dope, The offestes and screws are in the case box (of course).*

I wonder where I can get one of those screws. *Well I emailed ASUS. *I'm sure they will help - Thanks*

That's a bit remiss if that's a new motherboard...

Not installed on the board? Not many places it can go....only the sli bridge bags are open for it to slip in one of those...

Are you sure you've gone through all the contents? The bag is pretty small and can be easily missed. 🙂
