Rampage V Edition 10 Aura header displays only blue color on rgb LED strips

I just completed my build and for some strange reasons, the aura header on my mobo only displays blue color when an rgb led strip is connected to it. I have tested the led strips on my aquacomputer farbwerk usb and all the other channels are working. I guess my aura header is broken and can only be fixed by sending the mobo back to ASUS for repairs.

The horror stories I have head and read on forums regarding ASUS RMA is really discouraging me from going ahead with the RMA process. Is anyone having similar issues with their mobo?

Hey there, if you have a DMM available you could test the individual lines of the rgb header - just to be sure it's the header and not some connection issue.

I have tested the rgb strips with another controller, aquacomputer farbwerk usb and there are no problem with the strip. All channels are working.
