Hi, I recently have installed RamCache II on my Ramp. VI Apex+i9-7920x+G.skill 4x8GB and it is working pretty well. I have 4x cheap $50 Lenovo SSDs (Intel OEM SSDPEKKF512G8L) on a hyperX card installed in PCI slot 1 running in Vroc raid0 mode as windows boot drive. I am getting insane speed results, up to 10GB read/ write. Before installing RamCache, you may try disabling driver signature verification in windows 10.
Although you may have an aaccess time drawback, it depends on what application/ game you run. Without RamCache my Vroc Raid is reaching approx. 1/2 r/w speeds, but much lower acc. time, approx. 0.01ms r/w. If you already have a fast SSD you will barely notice a speed difference especially in games
