Raid setup - what is better - CTL i vs Bios EZ Tuning Wizard RAID

I did look but, but can't find a clear answer.

Going to Raid 0, 2 X Samsung 840 Pro
Win 7 Pro

Seems I have 2 choices, the historical CTL I route, or use the Bios EZ Tuning Wizard.

Is there a favorite here by the users?

But my big question is, if I update my bios will I lose my Raid, and have to rebuild it, if I use the Bios EZ Tuning Wizard?

Pretty sure, if I go the old way of CLT I, it stays intact, even during a bios update, correct?

Just double checking before I get too far.
Thanks,
I Love ROG 🙂

Yes, there is a possibility of a BIOS update breaking your RAID array. I would recommend you to disconnect your RAID array before updating your BIOS. Also make sure you've backed up your data as well.
