R5E USB ports not working

Hi All,
The USB ports that are under my ethernet port are not working, I find it strange that they are the only ones that are not. I plug a device in and I get nothing in Windows, no sound and no device.
Any ideas what the problem could be? I've checked drivers.

Standard issue. Got the same for year. ASUS can't fix it. LOL
