You mean graphic card usage is only 70% max?
Did you tried other PCIE slots? That's some bug probably or software problem.

And how do you know revision of your motherboard?
I only see 1.xx in CPU-Z. I have same board.

I like this motherboard, only to fix some problems and everything will be OK.
I had some problems with BSOD, maybe I still have them, i don't know, only I know I set everything like I want before 2-3 days.
CPU on 4.0GHz, voltage default. Memory same as you I set manual, CORSAIR specifications and latency.
I tested memory 2-3 nights with different test on 2666MHz and no errors at all.
Motherboard is really nice, real high end motherboard, huge, for us who need only CPU performance not IGPU, long battery, etc...
I think I will never change this motherboard for some other model... Maybe when time for upgrade come but same Rampage series.
Some overclocker reach 4.5GHz on 1.18V on our motherboard, i7-5820K golden sample.
And made few records with 1.7V.

Running DDR4-3000 isn't always plug-n-play. Sometimes manual adjustments are needed. Regarding your GPU working at 70%, can you explain your problem in detail?

Also please list your system specifications with as much detail as possible.

Ok, I answer to everyone and 2. this system: consists rampage v extreme rev 1.01, 980 g1 gaming gigabytes, DDR4 G.Skill 3000 CL15 (32gb) i7 5820k, antec psu hcp 850, SSD 840 Ages, The problem the ram 'I solved by setting the timings manually, with vcore of 1:35, arriving at 4.7, the video card stops at 70% of the work, I tried setting as gen1 gen2 gen3, lowering and raising the BCLK, raising lowering frequency ram without success I called a friend with my own system, system identical to mine, same components, and he also has the same problem, besides the problem of the ram, also that of the video card that does not work in more than 70%. We made several tests replacing components, trying again and again but there way to remove this problem. After spending a lot of money I'm thinking of selling and most certainly never buy a asus. I heard that rev 3.1 does not have these problems. thanks Support

I'm no expert on PrecisionX but that Power reading is probably your GPU's Power Usage not the GPU Usage. No sure how stressful is the Render Test for that particular program, but if you're looking to stress your GPU to 100% usage, try something like Unigine Heaven, 3DMark or Furmark.

look in your motherboard next to the name Rampage v extreme , it wrote rev and the number , the motherboard in my country costs 440/480 € , a half salary

Yes in my town, price is same, minimal price is 470e.
And 560e for Rampage 5 Extreme/U3.1
I don't understand when you say Look in your motherboard next to the name, where? On box?
On site? On motherboard? If we talk about second Rampage 5 Extreme I know what you mean 3.1 is revision with USB 3.1 Port Card.

Like people tell you how you can be sure that motherboard really make you problem.
I could expect everything from motherboard except to graphic card not work on proper speed.
Maybe in one slot if he is defective but than in others work. I mean chance for that are so small... Something else is problem.
You should reinstall all OC softwares and their files, display driver, to boot in safe mode and clean with Display Driver Uninstaller, than to install only Driver and PhysX. To open NVIDIA Inspector and increase fan speed on 70-80%. Open GPU-Z Sensors tab and minimize GPU-Z. Than start Unigine Heaven 4.0 set native resolution, everything on max, keep VSync off, Than start Unigine Heaven 4.0 and when everything finish open GPU-Z and check Sensors tab GPU Load click Show Highest Reading. You should see 98-99-100%.

Don't scare me now... How do you mean rev 3.1?
You mean on Rampage 5 Extreme revision?
That's Rampage 5 Extreme/U3.1 with USB 3.1 Port card.
And cost 100e more in my country. That's insane.

I did test as 3d mark , Catzilla , Unigine Heaven , Cinebench , all give the same result , I tried evga precision , msi afterburner , gpu tweak , NVIDIA inspector , always 68/70 % .... my score in 3d mark is 13 / 14,000 maximum , with Z87 passed the 16K , most do not know what to do , he said asus expects the new bios ... an answer like that from a company like asus I would not have ever expected . above all I never expected it would build un0azienda like asus motherboards with this defect especially at the price they cost !

Post the links for your 3DMark results with the Z87 that scored 16K and your current X99 system that scores 14K.
