If your system goes into a Boot loop during overclocking, it means that your overclock is not stable. You need to tweak it some more.

lello22, I am not sure I understand your question but from a cols start or when changing bios settings there can be some memory training that can cause what seems like a double start or slow start, when you change the frequency like you say from default to 4,4 it will not show that in the bios but will change when you f10 save and reboot
and as Chino states if your system is unstable its unstable

It's not the same running a 4.4GHz overclock with 2133MHz RAM than running it with 2800MHz RAM. Most of the time, running faster RAM will require more Vcore. And sometimes you need to tweak the System Agent Voltage as well.
