In power option it is better to put maximum performance or balanced?

Better to run balanced as it will down clock your CPU on idle also bring your voltage down, maximum performance will lock your clock speed at maximum increasing heat a lot of people run maximum performance 24/7 but i like knowing my CPU down volts on idle as my CPU is overclocked.

One isn't better over the other. It's a question of personal preference.
