OC Panel 4 pin fan headers

I am in the process of changing my 2 X 360mm rads for 2 x 480 and have a problem / issue.
I currently run my radiators 6x120mm (4 pin) PWM fans off my motherboard. I'm left with 1 spare, as the CPU_OPT is used for the Phanteks PWM controller for 5 X 140mm case fans.
I noticed that in the OC Panel there are 4 more 4 pin headers, can these be used while the OC panel is installed in the case?
If so will they show up in AI Suite?
If they can't be connected can somebody please point me in the right direction for a controller that I can connect 8 X 120mm 4 pin fans to.

Personally I run the pump off the CPU PWM as you want that to ramp up the pump under load to shift the heat quick, I control rad fans via the optional 3 temp sensors using 10ohm inline water sensors due to the rads taking longer to heat up..
